Cast and reel

Equip a Fishing Rod at a marked fishing location.

Hold the casting control and release when the indicator reaches the marked green area.

While reeling, holding and releasing moves the reel zone. Keep the fish within that zone.

The success bar rises inside the zone and falls outside. A full bar catches the fish; an empty bar ends the attempt.
Fishing Rod upgrades
Upgrades offer more durable equipment and more forgiving reeling. The Craft Stall shows the available upgrades and their requirements. Rods wear out through successful catches; a failed attempt does not use up a catch.
Your catch
Caught Fish appears in Food. It can be eaten or moved to Sell if you choose to trade it. Check the in-game details before using an item.
